| 1. Payement & Confirmation |

| β All commissions must be confirmed via the google doc and a confirmation of the final price from me before payement. |
| β I reserve the right to refuse any commission request for any reason. |
| β Work will only begin after payement is received and confirmed. |
| β Prices may vary depending on complexity, adds-on and special requests. The prices displayed for the commission are only base prices. |
| 2. Commission Process |

| β Please submit all references and needed details (please refer to the commission sheets for more information), via the commission form before work begins. |
| β I might ask and contact you for more information if some of it is missing. |
| β Any changes after work has begun may be subject to an extra fee (only applies for directed/standard commissions). |
| β If the client does not respond to questions, revisions requests, or confirmations for more than 30 days (unless had previously made me aware of temporary unability to communicate), the commission may be considered abandoned. Refunds will not be provided in this case. |
| 3. Deadlines & Delivery |

| β Estimated timeline and product delivery will be provided before payement and may vary depending on workload, complexity and type of commission (please refer to the commission sheets for more info). |
| β Delivery time depending on the type of commission will take between 2 weeks to 3 months. |
| β I will inform you of any delay that may occur. |
| 4. Revisions |
|---|
| β Base price of standard commissions already include 3-4 minor revisions. |
| β Revisions are not available for Skeb commissions, only mistake corrections. |
| β Major changes or additional revisions may incur an additional fee. |
| β Minor revisions include small changes such as color adjustments or small accessory/detail editing. |
| β Major revisions include redesigns, pose changes or other substantial edits. |
| 5. Copyright & Usage |

| β I retain the copyright to all artworks. |
| β Unless discussed otherwise, i reserve the right to post commissioned artwork on my portfolio and social media. If you would prefer the artwork to remain private, an additional privacy fee may apply. |
| β Clients may use the art for personal, non-profitable use unless a commercial fee is payed. |
| β You must credit me. |
| β Do not repost, resell, feed to AI or claim the artwork as yours. |
| More info on personal, monetized and commercial use : |

| Personal : Using as an icon, pfp, banner, non-profitable social media posts etc. You may print/make pins/posters as long as it stays personal and non-profitable in any way. |
| Monetized use (Commercial Tier 1) : For anything that you will make profit off of (streaming assets, waiting screens, promotional art etc) +25-50%. For bigger businesses and brands the fee is up to +100% to 200%. |
| Commercial merchandising (Commercial Tier 2) : Monetized use included, using the art to sell and produce any type of merchandise (+150% to 200%). For businesses and brands the fee is up to +300%. |
| 6. Cancellation & Refund Policy |

| β Full refund will only be available if the work has not yet begun. |
| β A commission is considered started once i begin planning a design, sketching, drafting, modeling or rendering. |
| β Refunds in other cases will be calculated on the time already spent on commissions. |
| β If i cannot complete a commission for any reason, a refund will be issued based on the amount of work already completed. |
| β Filing a chargeback after receiving the artwork strictly prohibited. If there is an issue please contact me. |
